Return and Exchange Policy

If your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction, you have the option to initiate a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. To request a return for one or more items from your order, you must adhere to the following conditions:

    1. The return request MUST be made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

    1. The item MUST remain in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.

    1. The item MUST be returned with its original tags and packaging intact.

    1. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipment costs and arranging the return with their local postal service.


For international returns, we request that you use your country or region’s local shipping carrier and opt for standard shipping. For added security, it is advisable to insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.

Please be aware that any customs charges incurred during the return process will not be covered by us. Customers are responsible for these costs. In the event that we pay these charges on your behalf, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Sisè does not provide cash refunds. However, for items returned in good condition within the 7-day window, we offer store credit as an alternative. Please note that shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
